Play Therapy

Play Therapy helps children understand any of their muddled feelings and thoughts, along with distressing events that they have not had the chance to figure out properly yet.

Rather than having to explain what is troubling them which some adults and children can find difficult, children can use play to communicate at their own level and at their own pace, without feeling interrogated or threatened.  Teenagers and adults can also benefit from play therapy if they struggle to put their feelings and emotions into words.
